General terms and conditions

When offering appartments, we reserve the right of renting them out to a third party until the reservation is confirmed. A reservation is considered confirmed only if the reservation is definitely accepted by Casa Wülfingen in writing (letter,fax, mail). Even reservations by phone get binding only by our written confirmation. For first time guests, we reserve the right of a down-payment of 50% of total rent six weeks prior to arrival at the latest. When cancelling the contract within less than six weeks before arrival or during the stay, total rent is due for the days the booked appartment cannot be rented out otherwise. We recommend our guests an inscurance to potentially cover these costs. Payments can be made cash, by ec-Maestro (Swiss), Visa- and Mastercard.
